مجهودات وزارة الشؤون الدينية والأوقاف للنهوض بالأملاك الوقفية واستثمارها في الجزائر

Abstract

أصبح البحث عن آليات لتحديث المؤسسات الوقفية، وحماية الممتلكات الوقفية بكل أنواعها، لضمان مواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في الحياة الاقتصادية ضرورة، وهنا بدأت تظهر أهمية توجيه الممتلكات الوقفية للاستثمار بعد أن عملت الجهات المختصة على حصرها والبحث عنها، وأخيرا استرجاعها وتسوية وضعيتها القانونية من خلال العمل على إنشاء سندات رسمية لها. نحاول من خلال دراستنا في هذه الورقة البحثية استعراض الجهود التي بذلتها وزارة الشؤون الدينية والأوقاف في الجزائر للنهوض بالأملاك الوقفية فيها وتوجيهها للاستثمار. Looking for mechanisms to modernize endowment institutions and protect endowment properties in its all forms has become necessary to keep up with the economic developments. Hence the importance to direct the endowment properties to investment after being searching and limiting them by the competent authorities and finally getting them back and settling their legal status by providing them official bonds. This paper comes to shed light on the efforts of the Ministry of Religious Endowments and Islamic Affairs in Algeria to promote the endowments properties and direct them to investment.
