استفادات ابن العربي في كتابه المسالك من تفسير الموطأ للإمام البوني

Abstract

الملخص باللغة العربية: يعتبر كتاب الموطأ للإمام مالك عمدة المذهب المالكي، وقد تهافت العلماء بوضع شروح وتفاسير عليه، و هو من الكتب العظيمة التي حظيت بخظ وافر واهتمام منقطع النظير من أهل الفن فيه، وذلك من شرح لغريبه وترجمة لرواته وشرح لمعناه...، ومن هؤلاء الكبار الذين لهم الفضل في ذلك الإمام البوني الذي اهتم به و شرحه شرحا مختصرا والموسوم بـ"تفسير الموطأ للبوني"، فيعتبر هذا ذو قيمة علمية كبيرة شملت جميع جوانب العلوم الشرعية، و كانت هذه الدراسة مجالا خصبا للاستفادة منه، خاصة ممن جاء بعده، وفي مقدمة هؤلاء الإمام ابن العربي في كتابه "المسالك" وهو من أحسن الشروح التي وضعت على "الموطأ"، وقد استفاد صاحبه من نفائس كتاب البوني، وهو الذي يتناوله هذا البحث بنوع من الإشارة والتنبيه على أهم ما أخذه واستفاد ابن العربي من هذا التفسير. ABSTRACT: The book Al-Muwatta of Imam Malik is considered as the most important author in the Maliki school, and scholars have put explanations and interpretation on it, and it is one of the great books which have unrivaled attention from the hadith scholars , through through the explanation of its meaning , translation of narrators..., and from these scholars Imam Al-Buni, who cared for him and interprete it in a brief explanation . and entitled: The interpretation of Al-Muwatta for Al-Buni, so this is considered as a great scientific value which covering all aspects of Sharia sciences.This study was a fertile field to benefit from it especially who thoes came after him, and the first of them is Imam Ibn Al-Arabi in his book "Elmassalek" ,and it is one of the best explanations that were placed on al-Muwatta, Imam Ibn Al-Arabi has benefited from the Al-Buni's book. This research deals all of this with a kind of indicating and cautioning on the most important thing that he took, and Ibn Al-Arabi benefited from this interpretation.
