آثار النمو الحضري على ديناميكية المجال الحضري للمدينة الجزائرية

Abstract

تعتبر المدينة المجال الجغرافي الذي تتقاطع فيه الأشكال والهياكل العمرانية والفعاليات والأنشطة التي يمارسها السكان، وتفاعل هذه الهياكل مع الفعاليات يشكل في النهاية مجالا حضريا،ولكن يبق هذا المجال الحضري مرهونا بعدة عوامل قد تنعكس سلبا او ايجابا على سيرورة المدينة في ظل مختلف التغيرات التي تطرأ على المجتمع والعمران بصفة عامة، بالاظافة الى مشكلات النمو الحضري كالنقل والاسكان والكثافة السكانية والتلوث واللاتجانس والنمو الحضري. ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول تقديم صورة لواقع العلاقة التي تربط المجال الحضري للمدينة الجزائرية بديناميكية النمو الحضري من حيث التأثيرات التي يمارسها هذا الأخير على مجال المدينة. Abstract: The city is considered the geographical area in which the forms, urban structures, events and activities that the population intersects intersect, and the interaction of these structures with activities is ultimately an urban area, but this urban area remains subject to several factors that may reflect negatively or positively on the city’s process in light of the various changes that occur to Society and urbanism in general, in addition to the problems of urban growth, such as transport, housing, population density, pollution, heterogeneity, and urban growth. Through this research paper, we will try to present an image of the reality of the relationship that links the urban area of the Algerian city with the dynamics of urban growth in terms of the effects of the latter on the city area.
