مقاصد القرآن الكريم ومحاوره عند المتقدمين والمتأخرين

Abstract

تعد دراسة مقاصد القرآن الكريم ومحاوره من الأمور المهمة، للمتخصص بالدراسات الإسلامية عموما؛ وللمتخصص في التفسير والفقه على الخصوص؛ حيث إن علم المقاصد لا يقف عند الجزئيات، بل ينفذ منها إلى الكليات والأهداف، في كل جوانب الحياة، فهو يبرز الغاية بالمقاصد، والغاية التي خلق الله من أجلها الخلق ومدى تحقيقها. وبعض الدارسين من المتأخرين استخدم مصطلح المحاور بدل المقاصد في دراسته للموضوع. وموضوع مقاصد القرآن الكريم ومحاوره طرقه الأوائل في مقدمات تفاسيرهم وفي مصنفات مفردة، كما تناوله المتأخرون في مقدمات تفاسيرهم وفي دراسات مستقلة. ومعرفة مقاصد القرآن الكريم لها فوائد كثيرة؛ كفهم القرآن وتفسيره، فالعلم بالمقاصد ليس مقصودا لذاته، وإنما يراد به إعماله واستثماره في فهم النصوص الشرعية وتوجيهها، وهذا يكون على الخصوص في النصوص ظنية الدلالة. وقد تناول المتقدمون علم مقاصد القرآن ومحاوره، وبينوا مسائل عديدة منه، بأسلوب التصريح أو التلميح ولكن دون تحديد للمصطلح باسم محدد. وواصل المتأخرون ما توصل إليه المتقدمون وفصلوا فيه، وأضافوا إليه وهذبوا فيه.
