منهج الإمام محمد بن نور الدين الموزعي في ترجيحاته في التفسير من خلال كتابه : تيسير البيان لأحكام القرآن

Abstract

Standing on the Islamic jurisprudence dispute ( Fiqh Al-Khilaf) between the ancestors' Imams in their interpretation of Allah's word in order to establish the rules of preponderating that they dealt with in resolving the apparent contradiction between texts, a concept included in Al-Muzahi's book '' Taysir Albayan Li'ahkam Al Qur’an " (facilitating the statement of the provisions of the Qur’an), in addition to the urgent need for the interpretation of the verses of the provisions to deal with the various issues of the nation, all of that makes studying this book more than necessary. So, I chose to tag the thesis we have in our hands with Al-imam Mohammed ibn Noureddine Al-Muzahi's Methodology in his preponderances in the interpretation through his book “Taysir Albayan Li'ahkam Al Qur’an”. The thesis contains an introduction, a preface chapter, ( which I introduced the Imam and his interpretation "Taysir Albayan") followed by three practical chapters which are: (The first chapter: Terms and vocabulary of preponderating used by Al-Imam Al-Muzahi, As for the second chapter: Al-Muzahi's methods in preponderating. I focused on two methods he used in preponderating between sayings, The direct methods, and The indirect methods. The third chapter: Objects of preponderating), a conclusion and indexes. Finally, I concluded to a lot of results and recommendations, which indicate in its entirety that Al-Muzahi had foresight, power evidence and cogency in his interpretation. Therefore, he produced this work for us, which is as considered as one of the most marvelous books of interpretation of the verses of provisions, because of its extensive evidence in editing of various issues, though his style and his way of presenting his book was not anomalous to those interpreters who preceded him. Also, he succeeded in most of his preponderances because of the power of evidence which he used to prove he preponderating, and due to the deep inquiries he made while discussing various opinions and sayings of others who dealt with the interpretation of the same verses. Therefore, his book was really a light-weighted heavy-load blog, as he pointed out in his introduction. It is worthwhile, for us as researchers, to put what he wrote into study and research. Then, I attached indexes to my thesis, that reveal its contents. إنّ الوقوف على فقه الخلاف بين أئمّة السّلف في تفسيرهم لكلام الله تعالى، من أجل إرساء قواعد التّّرجيح الّتي تعاملوا بها في حسم ما ظاهره التّعارض بين النّصوص، الشّيء الّذي احتواه تفسير "تيسير البيان لأحكام القرآن" للموزعيّ، وكذا حاجة العصر الملحّة إلى تّفسير آيات الأحكام لعلاج قضايا الأمّة المختلفة، كلّ ذلك يجعل من دراسة هذا المصنّف أكثر من ضرورة، لذا اختّرتُ أنْ تكون : الرّسالة الّتي بين أيدينا موسومة ب: منهج الإمام محمّد بن نور الدّين الموزعي في ترجيحاته في التّفسير من - خلال كتابه " تيسير البيان لأحكام القرآن" وقد احتوت على مقدّمة، وفصل تمهيدي (عرّفتُ فيه بالإمام وكتابه " تيسير البيان")، تعقبه ثلاثة فصول تطبيقيّة، هي: (الأوّل: مصطلحات التّّرجيح وألفاظه عند الإمام الموزعي، الثّانيّ: أساليب التّّرجيح عند الإمام الموزعيّ وفيه تتبّعتُ نوعين من الأساليب اعتمدهما في التّّرجيح بين الأقوال، المباشرة، وغير المباشر ة، الثّالث: منهج الإمام الموزعي في استعمال وجوه التّّرجيح)، فخاتمة وفهارس. لأخلص في الأخير إلى جملة من النّتائج والتّوصيات، تصُبّ في مجملها إلى أنّ الموزعي في تفسيره صاحب بعُْدٍ ونظر، وقوّةِ حجّةٍ ودليل، فأخرج لنا هذا المصنّف الّذي يُعتبر من بدائع الكتب المقارنة في التّفسير، لِما حواه من الشّواهد والأدلّة الزّاخرة في تحريراته لمختلف المسائل، رغم أنّه لم يكن شاذّا في أسلوبه وطريقة عرضه لكتابه عمّن سبقه من المفسّرين، كما أ نّه كان في أغلب ترجيحاته موفّقا فيها، لقوّة حججه الّتي دلّل بها على مذهبه أو لعمق ووجاهة التّحريرات الّتي ساقها أثناء مناقشته لمختلف آراء وأقوال غيره ممّن تعرّض لتفسير الآيات نفسها، فكان بحقّ مدوّنة خفيفة الحَمْل ثقيلة الحِمْل كما أشار هو في مقدّمته. ممّا يجدر بنا كباحثين أن نَضع ما كتب موضع البحث والدّراسة. ثمّ ختمت الرّسالة بفهارس كاشفة عن محتوياتها .
