منهجية البحث في السياسة المقارنة: دراسة نظرية في المفهوم والأهداف وأساليب التحليل

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة التطرق لموضوع هام ومحوري في علم السياسة، بمعنى استخدام المنهجية المقارنة والهدف منها وأساليبها، سواء مقارنة عدد كبير من الحالات أو عدد قليل والمقارنة ضمن حالة واحدة، وذلك لأسباب موضوعية، أبرزها أن هذا الحقل يعتبر أحد الفروع الرئيسية لعلم السياسة منذ عام 1948، مما جعل مختلف الجامعات تفتح أقساما متخصصة في دراسات المناطق، وأيضا نظرا لأهمية المنهج المقارن كبديل عن التجربة، له القدرة على بناء نظريات سياسية انطلاقا من التشابه والاختلاف في الحالات المدروسة، لفهم وتفسير الواقع السياسي. ومن ثم يظل المنهج المقارن الأهم في الدراسات السياسية المعاصرة، يعتمد على العلاقة بين المتغيرات، واختبار الفرضيات مقارنة بحالات مشابهة أو مختلفة، والتنبؤ بالظاهرة السياسية. Abstract: The aim of this study is to address an important and central subject in the Political science,in the sense of using the comparative methodology. its objectives and methods, whether comparing many countries or few and the comparison within one case, for several objective reasons, most notably that this field is considered one of the main branches of political science since 1948.This led various universities to open specialized departments in area studies, and given the importance of the comparative method as an alternative to the experiment,which has the ability to build political theories based on similarities and differences in the cases studied, to understand and interpret the political reality, hence, the comparative method remains the most important in contemporary political studies, depends on the relationship between the variables, and the test of hypotheses compared to similar or different cases , and the prediction of political phenomena.
