التوظيف الدلالي لمفهوم الأمن الصحي وإشكالاته الابستمولوجية في زمن الكورونا قراءة سيميولوجية على عينة من الصور الكاريكاتورية المتداولة عبر صفحات الفايسبوك

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة التحليلية إلى تشخيص مفهوم الأمن الصحي من منظور ابستمولوجي على خلفية انتشار بعض الأمراض القاتلة لاسيما وباء كورونا، وهو ما أفرز واقعا صحيا جديدا تغيرت فيه مصادر التهديد الوبائي، لتفرض قضايا الصحة بذلك نفسها كانشغال دائم في جميع الأنساق الاتصالية اللفظية وغير اللفظية، من بينها الصور الكاريكاتورية التي تعد نسقا سيميولوجيا من نوع خاص، تنطوي على العديد من الدلالات الضمنية لذلك اعتمدنا في هذا المقال على منهج التحليل السيميولوجي لـمعرفة تمثلات مفهوم الأمن الصحي من خلال التطرق إلى كافة المساقات الأمنية و الجيوسياسية، كونها تموضعت تدريجيا في سياق صحي دولي وإقليمي يشهد نشوء العديد من الأمراض الوبائية القاتلة، والذي وجدت في الواقع الدولي المعولم مسارات جديدة يصعب احتوائها و التحكم فيها. و توصلنا من خلال تطبيق مقاربتي التحليل السيميولوجي للباحثين رولان بارث و رومان جاكبسون إلى نتيجة مفادها أن حالة الذعر الفيروسي التي نعيشه اليوم يستدعي مراجعة الأطر المفاهيمية للأمن الصحي من خلال مواجهة الإشاعات التي تستهدف تغليط الرأي العام إلى جانب تبني إستراتيجية اتصالية محكمة تسمح بتعزيز الإجراءات الصحية وترشيد سلوكيات الأفراد بهدف الإلـمام بمفهوم الأمن الصحي والاطلاع على خصوصيته الإيحائية والتعبيرية This analytical study seeks to diagnose the concept of health security from an epistemological perspective against the background of the spread of some deadly diseases, especially the Corona epidemic, which has produced a new health reality in which the sources of the epidemiological threat have changed, imposing health issues in this way as a permanent concern in all communication systems verbal and non verbal from Among them are the caricatures that are a semi-special kind of physics, which have many implicit connotations, so we have depended in this article on the methodology of semiotics to know the representations of the concept of health security by examining all security and geopolitical courses, as they are located Gradually in the context of an international and regional health witnessing the emergence of many deadly epidemic diseases, which found in the globalized international reality new paths that are difficult to contain and control.
