Abstract

تعالج هذه الورقة التحدياث الشاخصة والمحتملة لانتشار وباء فيروس كوفيد-19 على أمن الإنسان باعتباره قيمة إنسانية عالمية، وذلك على حساب المقاربات التقليدية التي تجعل من الدولة مرجعية تحليلية أساسية. وفي هذا الإطار تم التركيز على التغير الذي أحدثه الوباء على مستوى مفهوم الأمن نفسه، وإعادة النقاش من جديد حول التركيز على المقاربات النقدية في قلب النقاشات الأكاديمية في الدراسات الأمنية، والتحديات الأمنية على المستوى الاجرائي، وأهم الأخطار التي أفرزها الوباء على مستوى الأمن الانساني This paper addresses both the challenges that are present and the potential The spread of the COVID-19 virus to human security as a universal human value, at the expense of traditional approaches that make the state a fundamental analytical reference.
