Abstract

يطرح الإسلام كدين نظرية متكاملة فيما يخص النظام الاقتصادي والمالي في مواجهة الأنظمة الأخرى ،التي أثبتت كل مرة أنها نظام للازمات خاصة في ظل الليبرالية الجديدة في حين يعمل التشريع الإسلامي على تحقيق العدالة والمساواة والتعاون داخل المجتمع الإسلامي ، لمواجهة الأزمات المختلفة و العمل الدائم للنظام السياسي لتحقيق متطلبات الحياة بما يحقق الأمن القومي الشامل للفرد والجماعة ،وهذا من خلال أدوات ،وضوابط ،وقواعد شرعية مستمدة من التشريع الإسلامي الذي يحقق الاستجابة للازمات الاقتصادية التي تواجه الأمة، كالأزمة المالية العالمية التي حدثت في الولايات المتحدة 2008م، وأثرت على كل دول العالم، وإفلاس الكثير من البنوك الكلاسيكية الغربية ،وانهيارات مالية واقتصادية كبيرة نتيجة للتعاملات الربوبية وسعر الفائدة ،في المقابل ازدهار المعاملات المالية والبنوك الإسلامية .
