Abstract

مفهوم الأمن هو من بين المفاهيم التي تتميز بغموضها وعدم الإجماع بين المختصين حول معناها، لكن توجّب انتظار نهاية الحرب الباردة لتعمم النظرة الموسعة للأمن، من حيث توسيع قطاعاته لتشمل الجوانب السياسية، العسكرية، الاقتصادية الاجتماعية والبيئية، واعتماد وحدات مرجعية غير الدولة لموضوعه. تناقش هذه المقالة المداخلات الأساسية للمقاربات النظرية لمدرسة كوبنهاغن والمدرسة النقدية، التي كان لها القدرة على التوليف بين الأبعاد والمستويات المختلفة للأمن من منظور نقدي معاصر. Security is one of the concepts characterized by ambiguity and a lack of consensus about its meaning. It was necessary to wait for the end of the Cold War to spread the widening view of security, which includes the political, military, economic, societal, cultural and environmental sectors, and adopt non-state referent objects for its subject. This article debates the main interventions to the theoretical approaches of the Copenhagen and critical school, which could combine the different dimensions and, levels of security from a contemporary critical perspective.
