تحديات الأمن الاقتصادي والاستقرار السياسي في الجزائر

Abstract

تعتبر المرحلة التي تمر بها الجزائر دقيقة وحاسمة في سياق تجربة التحول السياسي والانفتاح الاقتصادي ما يفرض عليها مجموعة من التحديات في ظل العقبات التي تواجهها لتأمين الاستقرار السياسي واستكمال البناء المؤسساتي وتثبيت التوازن المجتمعي، حيث تطرقنا في هذه المقالة إلى ثلاث محاور أساسية الأول يتطرق إلى السياق الوظيفي للتنمية والديمقراطية وأثرهما في تحقيق الأمن وبناء الدولة الوطنية، أما المحور الثاني يتطرق لأزمة الدولة الريعية وأثرها على تحقيق الأمن الاقتصادي والاستقرار السياسي في الجزائر، أما المحور الثالث يتطرق لمعوقات تحقيق الأمن الاقتصادي والاستقرار السياسي في الجزائر. Algeria experiences a critical, decisive phase of its history made of political transition and economic openness. As a consequence, the country faces several challenges in its post unrest situation to secure the political stability, build solid and reliable institutions, and maintain a social balance. This article will aim to address three points: the development path and democracy and the impact they might have on the peace building and Nation State establishment, then deal with the rentier state crisis and its effect on politics and economy and finally, we’ll discuss obstacles hindering Algerian political stability and economic security.
