Abstract

University libraries are accredited the role of providing access to multiple information for users. This is attributed to the recent technological developments in the field, facilitating information reach for users effortlessly, within relatively short time, and using different mechanisms solving the potential issues that can be encountered. The study at hands raises one of the most prominent problems related to information engineering through the application of documentation software in Algerian university libraries, and the impact of infographics based on access methods and techniques. We try to reveal the merits of this means through a methodological and theoretical framework that included four theoretical chapters, in addition to conducting a case study in the libraries of Hassiba Ben Bouali University in the city of Chlef. Two research tools were used in this study: the distribution of the questionnaire to a sample of librarians and users, and the conduction of interviews and making scientific observations. These procedures were implemented following the descriptive approach to track the details of the study. This study concluded a number of results, the most important of which is the presence of a logical and clear engineering and infographics in the libraries of the University of Chlef by adopting the PMB and Dspace software, which contributes to providing a variety of ways to make information accessible to the users, despite the presence of many problems that are mainly related to the lack of the necessary technological infrastructure. In addition to the absence of periodic and continuous maintenance of the library website, we noticed the lack of adequate training for librarians and users on the methods of using the applied software, and also the lack of accompaniment and technical support for the users during the search for information inside the library. It could be stated that the Algerian university libraries are required to find solutions for all of these problems in order to achieve their strategic objectives in an era governed by accessing and retrieving information electronically. Le processus d'accessibilité à l'information est l'une des fonctions les plus importantes que remplissent les bibliothèques universitaires, à la lumière des développements technologiques actuels, pour permettre à la communauté des bénéficiaires d'accéder facilement et avec un minimum d'effort et de temps à l'information, de diverses manières et mécanismes possibles, et pour surmonter divers défis et problèmes existants. De ce point de vue, notre étude a soulevé l'un des problèmes les plus importants liés à l'architecture de l'information à travers l'application des logiciels documentaires dans les bibliothèques universitaires algériennes, et l'impact de l'infographie basée sur les méthodes et techniques d'accès. Nous avons essayé de révéler les mérites du sujet à travers un cadre méthodologique et théorique qui comprenait quatre chapitres théoriques, en plus de mener une étude de cas dans les bibliothèques de l'Université Hassiba Ben Bouali dans la ville de Chlef, en distribuant le questionnaire à un échantillon des bibliothécaires et des bénéficiaires, ainsi que l'utilisation de l'entretien et de l'observation scientifique, où nous avons utilisé l'approche descriptive pour suivre les détails de l'étude. L'étude a conclu à un certain nombre de résultats, dont le plus important est la présence d'une architecture et d'une infographie logiques et claires dans les bibliothèques de l'Université de Chlef en adoptant les logiciels PMB et Dspace, ce qui contribue à fournir de nombreuses et diverses façons de faire informations accessibles aux bénéficiaires, malgré la présence de nombreux problèmes qui sont principalement liés au manque d'infrastructure technologique nécessaire, en plus de l'absence d'entretien périodique et continu du site de la bibliothèque, et nous avons également constaté le manque de formation adéquate pour bibliothécaires et bénéficiaires sur les modalités d'utilisation du logiciel appliqué, mais aussi le manque d'accompagnement et de support technique du bénéficiaire lors de la recherche d'information à l'intérieur de la bibliothèque, autant de problèmes auxquels la bibliothèque a dû trouver des solutions, afin de réaliser son objectifs stratégiques à une époque régie par l'accessibilité et la récupération électronique de l'information. إن عملية الإتاحة المعلوماتية من أهم الوظائف التي تقوم بها المكتبات الجامعية، في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية الراهنة لتمكين مجتمع المستفيدين من الوصول للمعلومات بشكل سهل و بأقل جهد و وقت، بمختلف الطرق و الآليات الممكنة و تجاوز مختلف التحديات و المشاكل الموجودة. و من هذا المنطلق فإن دراستنا طرحت إحدى أبرز المشكلات التي تتعلق بمعمارية المعلومات من خلال تطبيق البرمجيات الوثائقية بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية، و تأثير الرسم المعلوماتي المعتمد على طرق و أساليب الإتاحة، و قد حاولنا الكشف عن حيثيات الموضوع من خلال إطار منهجي و نظري تضمن أربعة فصول نظرية إلى جانب إجراء دراسة ميدانية بمكتبات جامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بولاية الشلف، و توزيع الإستبانة على عينة من المكتبيين و المستفيدين، و كذا إستخدام المقابلة و الملاحظة العلمية، بإعتماد المنهج الوصفي لتتبع تفاصيل الدراسة . و قد خصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهممها وجود معمارية و رسم معلوماتي منطقي و واضح بمكتبات جامعة الشلف بإعتماد برمجية PMB و Dspace مما يساهم في توفير طرق عديدة و متنوعة لإتاحة المعلومات للمستفيدين، رغم وجود عديد المشاكل التي تتعلق أساسا بعدم توفر البنية التحتية التكنولوجية اللازمة، بالإضافة إلى غياب الصيانة الدورية و المستمرة لموقع المكتبة، كما لاحظنا عدم وجود التكوين الكافي بالنسبة للمكتبيين و المستفيدين حول طرق إستخدام البرمجيات المطبقة، و أيضا عدم وجود المرافقة و الدعم الفني للمستفيد أثناء البحث عن المعلومات داخل المكتبة، كل هذه المشاكل وجب على المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية إيجاد حلول لها، لكي تحقق أهدافها الإستراتيجية في عصر تحكمه الإتاحة و الإسترجاع الإلكتروني للمعلومات.
