عملية الإتصال الدعوي من خلال شبكة المعلومات العالمية

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث الموسوم بعملية الاتصال الدعوي من خلال شبكة الإنترنت موقع إسلام ويب - الشبكة الإسلامية - أنموذجا، و قد تمت دراسة هذا الموضوع في بابين، و قد بدأت بتحديد المفاهيم الاصطلاحية في فصل تمهيدي، عرفت فيه الإنترنت و الدعوة الإسلامية و العملية الاتصالية و وسائل الدعوة، كما تعرضت لنشأة الإنترنت و تطورها، كما كان لزاما أن أحدد مفهوم عناوين الإنترنت و مدلولاتها. و خصصت الباب الأول للشطر الأول من موضوع البحث، و هو الشبكة المعلوماتية و عملية الاتصال الدعوي، و قد قسمته إلى أربعة فصول؛ تناولت في الفصل الأول مشروعية الوسائل الدعوية و تطورها حيث تبين من خلاله أن الإسلام لا يضيق ذرعا بالوسائل الحديثة أبدا بل يأمر باستغلالها في الصالح العام للأمة، و تحدثت فيه عن الوسائل التي استعملها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الدعوة، و كيف بادر العلماء على مختلف العصور باستعمال الوسائل التي استحدثت في عصرهم، و خلصت إلى مشروعية استعمال شبكة الإنترنت في الدعوة. و أما الفصل الثاني فخصصته لمنافع الإنترنت و أضرارها على الدعوة، فذكرت المنافع و بينت وجه الننفع فيها، و عددت الأضرار و بينت كيفية الوقاية منها و تقليل شرها، و لكثرتها قسمتها إلى أنواع باعتبار نوع الضرر فيها. و تناولت في الفصل الثالث شبكة الإنترنت في خدمة الدعوة الإسلامية، فعددتها ثم بينت كيف تستعمل لخدمة الدعوة و ذكرت ضمن ذلك طرق عملية للدعوة، فما على من يريد أن يكون داعية عبر الإنترنت إلا أن يقرأ هذا الفصل و ينفذ الخطوات المذكورة فيه؛ و من ذلك البريد الإلكتروني و المنتديات و برامج الدردشة و إنشاء المواقع الإلكترونية و محركات البحث و مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و الإعلانات و غيرها. ثم الفصل الرابع و الأخير جعلته للمواقع الإسلامية و عملية الاتصال الدعوي، و عرفت فيه بالمواقع الإسلامية عموما و المواقع الكبرى خصوصا بما فيها الشاملة و المتخصصة؛ مثل موقع إسلام أون لاين و الإسلام اليوم و طريق الإسلام و غيرها و تعرضت ايضا للمواقع الناطقة بلغات أجنبية. و أما الباب الثاني فخصصته لأنموذج الدراسة؛ موقع إسلام ويب، و كان لزاما ان أدرسه من جهتين؛ جهة مضامينه في الفصل الأول، و جهة تفاعله مع جمهور متصفحيه، و إلى مدى استطاع إيصال مضامينه إلى الفئات المستهدفة في الفصل الثاني. و تناول الفصل الأول بعد استعراض مسيرة الموقع مضامينه بدءا بالصفحة الرئيسة ثم المضامين الدينية و الفكرية و التربوية و التفاعلية مع المتصفحين و الخدمية، و تضمن الفصل الثاني الإحصاءات و التأثيرات و التقويمات لموقع إسلام ويب، و تناولت فيه الإحصاءات التفصيلية عن محتويات الموقع، ثم تأثيرات الموقع في جمهور المتصفحين و المتفاعلين معه في سائر أقسامه، ثم إحصاءات الزوار و الزيارات للموقع، وصولا إلى رصد التقدم المستمر لموقع إسلام ويب عالميا، و الجوائز التي حصل عليها على الصعيد العالمي. This study deals with the process of communication in Islamic call through the Internet, the site of Islam web - ،Islamic Network – as a model This subject has been studied in two parts, I have begun with identifying the conventional concepts in an introductory chapter, where I defined the Internet and the Islamic Call and the process of communication and advocacy tools, I dealt also with the emergence of the Internet and its evolution, as it was imperative that I set the concept of Internet addresses and .their meanings I devoted the theoretical section of this research to the subject of network, information and communication process in Islamic call, it has been divided into four chapters; The first chapter studied the legality of the means of advocacy and its development where it has found through that Islam does not refuse modern means never even ordered to exploit the common good of the nation, and talked about the means used by the Prophet peace be upon him to call, and how scientists initiated at different ages using the tools provided in their own time, and concluded that the legality of .the use of the Internet in the Islamic call The second chapter discussed the benefits of the Internet and its harms to Islamic call, stating the benefits and showing its faces, and counting the damages and showing how to prevent them and reduce evil, due to the huge number of damages, I classified them looking to their kinds. I dealt in Chapter three with the potential of the Internet, which can serve the Islamic call and its manners, I cited those potentials, then I showed how to use them in Islamic call, and reported within the practical ways to call, so that who wants to be an advocate online had only to read this chapter and implement the steps mentioned therein; to know how to use web tools like e-mail, forums and chat software and how to create Web sites and search engines and social networking .sites, advertisements and others The fourth chapter detailed the Islamic web and the process of contacting in Islamic call, and I presented the locations of the main Islamic sites especially including comprehensive and specialized web sites; such us Islam Online and Islam today and the path of Islam and other .Islamic sites speaking in foreign languages The second section of the research presented the practical model of the study; Islam Web site, and it was imperative that I dealt with it from two sides; view its contents in the first chapter, the point of interaction with the audience, and the extent to which it is managed to deliver its contents to the target groups in the second chapter. The first chapter discussed the review process of the site contents starting with the key page and then the contents of religious, intellectual, educational and interactive with browsers and service. The second chapter presented several important statistics, effects, and monitor ongoing progress to the site of Islam Web, and dealt with the detailed statistics about the contents of the site, then the effects of the site in the audience browsers and detailed statistics for interacting with him in the other sections, then statistics of visitors and visits at the level of the site in general, leading to the continuous monitoring of the progress of Islam Web site in terms of world ranking, and awards obtained globally.
