الشركات العسكرية والأمنية الخاصة واستخداماتها

Abstract

تطرح مسألة استخدامات الشركات العسكرية والأمنية أسئلة عدة، وفي هذا المقال تم البحث في هذه المسألة من وجهة نظريات العلاقات الدولية، وما إذا كانت هذه الأخيرة تمثّل إطارا فكريا مرجعيّا يُعتدّ به، وتم ذلك عن طريق خلق توليفة بين افتراضات النظريات المنضوية في إطار هذا الحقل مع موضوع الشركات العسكرية والأمنية، لنصل في الأخير إلى أن هذه التوليفة ليست من أجل الوصف وفقط بل كذلك جعل إمكانية توظيف هذه الشركات أمرا ممكنا في مجالات الصراع وبناء السلام. The use of military and security companies has become a field for several questions, and here this issue has been discussed from the point of view of international relations theories, and whether the latter represents a reliable frame of reference, and this was done by linking the assumptions of the theories of this field with the subject of these companies. Finally, we say that This study makes the possibility of employing these companies in the areas of conflict and peace building.
