Abstract

يعتبر الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب من أكثر الرؤساء فهما لقوة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ومدى قدرتها على جذب الانتباه او تحويل الانتباه من قضايا الى قضايا أخرى يرى انها أكثر أهمية، ليس فقط ضمن دبلوماسيته الرقمية بل أيضا الى أوساط الدبلوماسية التقليدية وضمن شبكات الإعلام المختلفة، حيث أصبحت تغريداته على شبكة تويتر تجذب الانتباه والتحليل والدراسة أكثر من قضايا دولية كثيرة. فقد حاول من خلالها ليس تغيير البيئة السياسية فقط بل تغيير مفاهيم اجتماعية ونفسية تستحق الدراسة والنظر اليها بتأني. فيمكن لتغريده من تغريداته ان تحدث التأثير أكثر مما تحدثه دبلوماسية قمة او دورة لإحدى المنظمات الدبلوماسية الدولية. President Donald Trump is one of the most understanding presidents of the power of social media, and its ability to draw attention from issues to other issues that he sees as more important, not only within his digital diplomacy but also in the traditional diplomatic community and within the media. His Tweets have become more interesting, analytical and study-focused than many international issues. Through it, he tried not only to change the political environment, but also to change social and psychological concepts that deserve to be studied and carefully considered. His tweets can have more impact than a summit diplomacy or a session of an international diplomatic organization.
