Abstract

عملية صنع السياسات اللغوية موضوع مثير للجدل ، ولهذا برز اتجاه جديد يدنو إلى تطوير فكر سوسيولوجي يمتد إلى مفاهيم التخطيط اللغوي والهندسة اللغوية، يجل علاقة عملية صنع السياسات اللغوية بالمجتمع المحلي بما قد يسهم في مكافحة الاقتراض، من هنا نطرح التساؤل التالي: ـــ ما هي ابرز التوجهات النظرية للسياسات العامة اللغوية ؟ وإلى أي مدى يمكن الركون إلى هذه السياسات لمعالجة المشاكل اللغوية التي عادة ما تؤثر على الجانب الأمني والاجتماعي لأغلب المجتمعات ؟ الفرضيات : - السياسات اللغوية لا زالت بعيدة كل البعد عن الواقع الاجتماعي - هناك قفزة واضحة للسياسات اللغوية تفيد بتحقيق نوع من التعايش الايجابي في المستويات الاجتماعية المتباينة سنحاول التعرض الى قضايا السياسات اللغوية وعلاقتها بالمجتمع - من خلال هذا البحث نأمل التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: • اكتشاف القضايا التي تعالجها عملية صنع السياسات اللغوية. • اكتشاف ابعاد العلاقة بين صنع السياسة اللغوية من جهة والاستقرار الأمني والاجتماعي من جهة أخرى.
