دور البحث العلمي الجامعي في الحفاظ وترقية الصناعات التقليدية مستقبلا بالوطن العربي في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية الجديدة

Abstract

يهدف البحث الى دراسة موضوع يتسم بالحداثة والذي من خلاله يمكن معرفة كيفية إدخال البحث العلمي في قطاع حيوي يعتبر نواة التنمية ومحرك الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة للحفاظ عليه وترقيته وهذا من خلال ربط هذا القطاع بالجامعة ومراكز البحث، والأدوات المستعملة تتمثل في أدوات الإحصاء الوصفي لتحليل المعطيات الإحصائية المتوفرة وإجراء المقارنة في حالة الضرورة. وقد توصل البحث الى أن التعاون مع المؤسسات الصناعية لحل مشاكلها وتحسين أدائها، سيؤدي إلى الاستغلال الصحيح لهذه الإمكانات وخدمة التنمية وتطوير قطاع الصناعات التقليدية الذي يعتبر قطاع استراتيجي، وكذا تطوير البحث العلمي الجامعي لحل المشكلات القائمة لدى تلك المؤسسات، بجعل الخبرات الأكاديمية الجامعية، على احتكاك بالخبرات العملية في هذه المؤسسات. The research aims to study a modern topic through which it is possible to learn how to introduce scientific research into a vital sector that is the nucleus of development and the engine of small and medium industries to maintain and promote it, by linking this sector to the research centers. The research found that cooperation with industrial enterprises to solve their problems and improve their performance will lead to the proper exploitation of this potential and serve development and development of the traditional industry sector, which is a strategic sector, as well as the development of university scientific research to solve the existing problems of those institutions, by making academic expertise university, in contact with the practical experiences in these institutions.
