قراءة أكاديمية لظاهرة الفساد من منظور شعارات السلمية في الجزائر

Abstract

استشرى الفساد في الجزائر بشكل فاضح في العقول بعد الأفعال، ليشهد 22 فيفري 2019 هبة شعبية سلمية أذهلت باقي الدول والمجتمعات، و اعلنت حربا على كل مظاهر الفساد وبشعارات معبرة وواقعية كسرت جدار الصمت الذي طبع عشرين سنة خلت لتقول "كفى فسادا" وبطريقة حضارية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة الاجتماعية من خلال محاورها الثلاث، تقديم قراءة أكاديمية لشعارات السلمية من خلال استعراض رؤيتها لبعض مظاهر الفساد، مع تناول دور الهبة الشعبية في استحضار المواطنة الحقة للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة ومحاربتها في زمن ومكان قد يخالف منطق ابن خلدون. ولقد عكست شعارات السلمية وعي المجتمع الجزائري ورغبته في دحض الممارسات الفاسدة، بإعلان ميلاد مواطنة حقة تتبنى تصحيح التركيبة الثقافية وتؤرخ لنقلة نوعية في طريقة التظاهر. Abstract: corruption in Algeria was rampant in minds after the acts. On 22 February 2019, a peaceful popular movement stunned the rest of the countries and societies. It declared war on all aspects of corruption and with expressive and realistic slogans broke the wall of silence that was printed twenty years ago to say "enough corruption" and in a more civilized way. The aim of this social study through its three axes is to provide an academic reading of peaceful slogans by reviewing its vision of some aspects of corruption, while addressing the role of the popular movement in invoking genuine citizenship to confront this phenomenon and fight it in a time and place that may contradict the logic of Ibn Khaldun. The slogans of peacefulness reflected the awareness of the Algerian society and its desire to refute the corrupt practices, by declaring the birth of a real citizen who adopts the correction of the cultural composition and chronicles a paradigm shift in the way of protest .
