Abstract

تشكل المكونات الاقتصادية والمؤسساتية محددات بارزة في فهم الأسباب التي تجعل من مستويات التطور المالي تتفاوت بين البلدان أو تتباين عبر الزمن، إذ يتم اللجوء إلى العديد من التصنيفات التي تصدرها منظمات وهيئات دولية وإقليمية من أجل الحكم على جودة المحيط الاقتصادي والمؤسساتي الذي تمارس من خلاله وحدات النظام المالي دورها في تمويل الاقتصاد والتطور التكنولوجي خاصة. نتائج الدراسة بالنسبة للجزائر تشير إلى ضعف واضح في البيئة الاقتصادية والمؤسساتية المساندة للتطور المالي وحتى النشاط الاقتصادي بشكل عام، الأمر الذي من شأنه أن يشكل عامل كبح قوي لجهود النهوض بالصناعة المالية في الجزائر ويضع قيودا على تأثيرها في النمو الاقتصادي وفي التنمية.
