رأس المال المخاطر كآلية مستحدثة لتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Abstract

تحضي المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باهتمام كبير في الآونة الأخيرة نظرا للأهمية الاقتصادية الكبيرة لها في اقتصاديات الدول ، وتشكل آليات تمويلها المشكل الأكبر الذي يمكن أن تواجهها خاصة في مرحلة الانطلاق فالاعتماد على الأموال الخاصة غير كافي في اغلب الحالات لتلبية مختلف احتياجات المؤسسات خلال مراحل تطورها خاصة مرحلة الانطلاق التي تلجأ فيها المؤسسات للتمويل التقليدي ممثلا في القروض والتي تشكل فوائدها عبئا إضافيا، من هنا استحدثت آلية جديدة للتمويل تتمثل في رأس المال المخاطر وما يتميز به من خصائص تمويلية إلى جانب المرافقة والتوجيه، وكذلك ارتفاع معدل الأرباح، باعتماده على أسلوب الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشروع وربحيته وكفاءة إدارة المشروع. Small and medium-sized enterprises have received considerable attention recently because of their significant economic importance in the economies of countries. The financing mechanisms are the biggest problem that can be faced especially in the start-up phase. The reliance on private funds is not sufficient in most cases to meet the different needs of the institutions during the stages of development, especially the starting stage in which institutions resort to traditional financing represented by loans whose benefits constitute an additional burden. The venture capital is new mechanism of financing. This is characterized of financing along with accompaniment and guidance, as well as the high rate of profits, relying on the method of economic feasibility of the project and profitability and efficiency of project management.
