المخاطر الإستراتيجية المهدّدة لفقدان المزايا التنافسية وأليات الحفاظ عليها

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة الى إبراز المخاطر الإستراتيجية المهدّدة لفقدان المزايا التنافسية وأليات الحفاظ عليها، وقد تمّ التوصل الى انّ المنظمات التي تستحوذ على المزايا التنافسية تسعى جاهدة للمحافظة عليها من أجل التميز، إذ أن المشكلة الرئيسية التي تعترض إستراتيجية التميز تتجسد في قدرة المنظمة على المدى الطويل في الحفاظ على تميزها في نظر الآخرين ، فهناك مخاطر إستراتيجية ذات آثار سلبية تتسبب في فقدان المنظمة للمزايا التنافسية التي تمتلكها إذا ما أخفقت في التعامل معها ، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تمّ اقتراح مجموعة من الاليات الرّامية إلى تعزيز المزايا التنافسية وكيفية المحافظة عليها . This study aims to highlight Strategic risks to loos of compititive advantages and mechanisms for maintaining them ,it has been concluded that organisations with competitive advanteges seekto maintain them for excellence,the main problem with the excellence Strategic is the ability of the organization to maintain its excellence in the long term,there are Strategic risks with negative effects that result in the loss organisation’s compititive advantages, in the light of thes resultes it was proposed a number of mechanisms have been to maintain compititive advantages .
