Abstract

يواجه خريجو الجامعات في كافة أنحاء العالم مشكلة الاندماج في سوق العمل والتكيف مع متطلبات الوظائف. وتعد البرامج التدريبية إحدى أهم الآليات التي تساهم في تسهيل اندماجهم في بيئة الأعمال لذلك تسلط الدراسة الضوء على التدريب وأهمية برامجه بما تتيحه من مستجدات للخرجين سواء قبل الالتحاق بوظائفهم أو بعدها من جهة وتبرز من جهة أخرى أهمية التدريب التحويلي في صقل مهارات طالب الوظيفة مع متطلباتها. واختتمت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج والمقترحات. University graduates face in all world parts the integration in labor market problem and the adapt to job requirements. The training programs is one of the most important mechanisms that contributes in facilitating their integration in the business environment. The study highlights the training and the importance of its programs by developments offered to graduates, both before enrolling their jobs or after on the one hand, and stand out from the other hand. The study presents the importance of transformational training in hone the skills of the applicant with job requirements .The study concluded with a number of findings and recommendations.
