Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى عرض التجربة الإماراتية في حوكمة الشركات العائلية لأنها تشكل أحد أهم عوامل التمكين للانتقال الناجح بين الأجيال وضمان استقرار الاقتصاد الإماراتي، توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها تبني دولة الإمارات مبادئ الحوكمة من عدة جوانب: الجانب الاقتصادي المتمثل خاصة في تقديم الدعم والمساندة، والجانب القانوني المتمثل في سعيها إلى إيجاد آليات وتشريعات تحقق ما تنشده الشركات العائلية من حلول للتحديات التي تواجها لا سيما الديمومة والانتقال بين الأجيال، من خلال العمل على إعداد مبادئ للحوكمة والدليل والميثاق الاسترشادي لحوكمة الشركات العائلية، وفي الأخير أوصى البحث بضرورة محافظة الجيل الثالث على ما وصلت إليه الشركة بفضل جهود المؤسسين، والعمل على إيجاد الحلول والتدابير الكفيلة بمواجهة التحديات والمخاطر المحتملة. The research aims at presenting the UAE experience in family business governance as it is one of the most important factors for successful transmission between generations and ensuring the stability of the UAE economy.The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the UAE's adoption of the principles of governance in several aspects: the economic aspect And the legal aspect of seeking mechanisms and legislation that would enable family businesses to find solutions to the challenges they face, particularly sustainability and intergenerational transition by working on the preparation of principles of governance, evidence and the guiding charter of family business governance. Finally, the research recommended the need to preserve the third generation on the company's reach thanks to the efforts of the founders, and work to find solutions and measures to meet the challenges and potential risks.
