التخطيط العائلي و تأثيره على القيم الإجتماعية في الأسرة الريفية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الوصفية التي تعتمد على استخدام طريقة المسح الاجتماعي إلى البحث في مسألة التخطيط العائلي و تأثيره على بعض القيم الاجتماعية للأسرة الريفية، حيث تناولت الدراسة في إطارها النظري معالجات سوسيولوجية و مقاربات سوسيوديمغرافية لمتغيرات الموضوع ( التخطيط العائلي، القيم الاجتماعية، الأسرة الريفية )، من خلال الربط المنهجي و المعرفي لهذه المتغيرات للكشف عن الصلة العلائقية و التفاعلية بينها، و بالأخص تأثير التخطيط العائلي على بعض القيم الاجتماعية المتمثلة في ( الزيادة في الإنجاب و الإكثار منه، الرغبة في إنجاب الذكور و تفضيلهم على الإناث، نظام تقسيم العمل الاجتماعي من خلال الدور و المكانة، تربية الأولاد من خلال الرفع من كفاءتهم و تحمل مسؤولياتهم اتجاه المجتمع). أما الدراسة الميدانية لهذا البحث فقد أجريت في قرية تيفران الريفية التابعة لبلدية سفيان ولاية باتنة، و استخدمت المنهج الوصفي لما له ارتباط بالموضوع في قدرته على كشف الحقائق المطلوبة و تصنيف البيانات و تحليلها تحليلا دقيقا و موضوعيا، كما اعتمدت في جمع البيانات على أربع أدوات منهجية: الملاحظة بنوعيها البسيطة و المنظمة، المقابلة الحرة الغير مقننة، استمارة الأسئلة، ثم الوثائق و السجلات. بينما استخدم البحث طريقة المسح الشامل في دراسته الميدانية لحصره جميع أسر قرية تيفران الريفية، حيث شملت الدراسة 323 أسرة. و في الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تلخصت في الآتي: - التخطيط العائلي يؤثر جزئيا على قيمة الزيادة في الإنجاب و الإكثار منه من خلال عدد الأطفال الذين تنجبهم المرأة الريفية. - التخطيط العائلي يقلل من حدة قيمة الرغبة في إنجاب الذكور و تفضيلهم على الإناث في ظل انتشار و استمرار نظام الأسرة الأبوية في المجتمع الريفي الجزائري. - التخطيط العائلي يغير من نظام تقسيم العمل الاجتماعي داخل الأسرة الريفية من خلال التغير في الدور و المكانة الاجتماعيين للمرأة الريفية على الخصوص. - التخطيط العائلي يساعد على تربية الأولاد من خلال الرفع من كفاءتهم و مقدرتهم على تحمل المسؤوليات و القيام بالواجبات التي يحتاجها المجتمع لدى الأسرة الريفية. This description study ,which depends on the use of the social survey method aims at inquiring about the family plannification and its influence on some social values of the rural family. The study dealt with the sociological treatments and sociodemographic approaches related to the elements of the subject namely : family plannification , social values and the rural family. this is done though a methodical and cognitive link between those elements in order to discover the different relation among them, especially the influence of the family plannification on some social values such as increase in birth rates , the desire to get males and their preference to females , the system of sharing social duties (work) in terms of role and position, the education of children regarding their capacities and their sense of bearing responsibilities . As for the field work, it was held in sefiane area, Batna . I use the description method due to its strong relation to the subject and its adequacy to discover the different facts, to classify the data and to analyse them with precision and objectivity. I also included four research tools to gather information : simple and systematic observation, informal meetings and interviews , questionnaires and last the documents . In addition to this , the study used the global survey in the field wok that included all families in Tifrane which were 323 . In the end the study reached the following conclusion : - The family plannification affects partly the birth rate and its increase through the number of children . - The family plannification decreases the desire of preferring males to females contrary to the tradition of the patriarchal family. - The family plannification changes the social system of sharing the duties in terms of role and position of the rural woman in particular. - The family plannification helps in the education of children through improving , their capacities and their sense of bearing responsibilities and assurnning the duties the society needs of the rural family.
