الاطــار القـانوني لحمـاية البيئـة بالجـزائر

Abstract

عد 26 سنة من صدور قانون حماية البيئة المؤرخ في 5 فيفري1983 ، و 17 سنة من عقد مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للبيئة والتنمية ( قمة التنمية) المنعقد في Rio de Janeiro بالبرازيل، مازالت الجزائر تواجه تحديات بيئية هامة، و في إطار الإصلاحات الأساسية التي مست الاقتصاد الجزائري لمعالجة هذه الوضعية والدخول في طريق التنمية المستدامة فضلت الجزائر الانفتاح على اقتصاد السوق وترشيد استغلال الموارد الطبيعية والمالية حيث تم تسجيل المخطط الوطني من أجل البيئة و التنمية المستدامة (PNAE-DD ) . Summary: After 26 years from the appearance protection law related to environment purposes in the fifth of February in 1983, and after seventeen (17) years of the development summit that has been held in Rio de Janeiro ( Brazil) of the United Nation for the Environment and Development, Algeria has been facing a real challenge concerning that matter. Within the framework of restructuring the Algerian economy by mean of sustainable development, Algeria has made a choice of being open through the market economy, and being effective in using their natural and financial resources. Therefore, a national plan for the environment and sustainable development (PNAE-DD ) is now being processed.
