dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to demonstrate the vulnerability of the educational system uses the Internet, and how the contribution of the latter in the activation of the educational system in Thailand, where interested educators researchers in Thailand of improving the ways and means of underpinning the educational structure, and it was the computer especially multimedia and the Internet of the most successful means access to scientific quality that enrich the educational system, and as well as focus on creating between the teacher and the learner interactive to attract the attention of students and encourage them to exchange views and experiences, and from this paper focuses on building a conceptual, and the benefits of distance education, and the relationship between the three-online multiple education and media remote in addition to the role played by actors in distance education, and from the evaluation of the practice of distance education in Thailand, where circulating the latter it, also it created opportunities for students to obtain competencies variety, and another point was able to enter educational institutions and share with economic institutions, creating material and moral support to them, which allows us to benefit from the Thai experience to create a true culture of the contents on the topic of distance education in Algeria.fr_FR
