تفاعلات الملف النووي الإيراني و تداعياتها على المثلث الإستراتيجي العالمي (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، روسيا، الصين)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب: تفاعلات الملف النووي الإیراني و تداعیاتها على المثلث الإستراتیجي (الولایات المتحدة الأمریكیة، روسیا، الصین ) إلى سیر أغوار تعقیدات هذا الملف و تداعیاته الجیواستراتیجیة و الجیواقتصادیة و الجیوسیاسیة غي إطار اللعبة الصراعیة و التنافسیة بین القوى الثلاث المشكلة لأضلاع المثلث الإستراتیجي العالمي. تنطلق هذه الدراسة من إشكالیة رئیسیة مفادها " إلى أي مدى أثرت تفاعلات الملف النووي الإیراني على العلاقات الإستراتیجیة بین قوى المثلث الإستراتیجي العالمي: الولایات المتحدة روسیا، الصین ؟" . إن محاولة الإجابة على هذه الإشكالیة إستندت إلى مجموعة من الإفتراضات مفادها ما یلي: - اعتبار الملف النووي الإیراني قضیة جوهریة ضمن الأجندة الإستراتیجیة لقوى المثلث الإستراتیجي العالمي، إضافة إلى أن إخراج الملف النووي الإیراني عن نطاقه التقني و الفني كلما وظف و فق إستراتیجیات القوى الكبرى، و لفحص و اختبار مدى صدقیة هذه الفرضیات تطلبت الدراسة بناءا هیكلیا من أربعة فصول تناولت مختلف المحاور و الزوایا البحثیة التي تعقد المقاربة التحلیلیة لمتغیرات هذا الموضوع . إن عملیة التحلیل و الدراسة أفضت إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي توصل إلیها كإجابة على مجمل الأسئلة التي طرحت بشأن هذه الدراسة من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إلیها هي: أن أقطاب المثلث الإستراتیجي وضفت ملف البرنامج النووي الإیراني وفق مصالحه الإستراتیجیة في إطار اللعبة التنافسیة و الصراعیة على مناطق النفوذ و المجالات الحیویة خاصة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ذات إستقطاب دولي كبیر كمنطقة الشرق الأوسط . This study aims to examine and analyze the Iranian nuclear issue and its geostrategic, geo-economic and geopolitical implications In the context of the conflict and competition game between the three great powers that form the sides of the global strategic triangle, As The study starts from a major problem: "To what extent the Iranian nuclear issue interactions affected the strategic relations between the powers of the global strategic triangle: The United States, Russia, China" ? •The attempt to address this problem based on a set of assumptions: Considering the Iranian nuclear issue as a fundamental topic within the strategic agenda of the global strategic triangle forces, in addition to removing the Iranian nuclear program from its technical field whenever it is employed and conforming to the major powers strategies, and to examine and test the Credibility of these hypotheses, For this reason the study required a structural construct of four chapters that dealt with various research axes that support the analytical approach to the variables of this topic. Finally, The process of analysis led to a set of results reached as an answer to all questions asked about this study. Among the most important results that it reached: "The poles of the strategic triangle have employed the Iranian nuclear program file according to their strategic interests within the framework of the competitive and conflictual game over influence and vital areas, especially in a region of great international polarization such as the Middle East."
