مساھمة آلیات الإقتصاد الإسلامي في معالجة الفساد الإقتصادي

Abstract

Economic corruption is a problem of the difficult times، which the human experience has not been able to solve، and this research examines the historical Islamic experience characterized by the richness of the therapeutic mechanisms that have been applied in a long period of the life of Islamic civilization، and had a prominent role in the problems of corruption Economic، especially education، the HISBA Foundation، the mandate of grievances and other mechanisms worthy of research and to address the problem of economic corruption، and this research examines the deviation of the economic behavior of the human being positive economic behaviour of production، investment، distribution، consumption and savings What has been a good halal in the essence of the economy، and the deviation of human behavior from the values of benefit and Halal in different fields of economy is economic corruption، which is meant in this research، i.e. the deviation of the economic behavior of man from the values and fundamentals of the Islamic economy، this research deals with the study of corruption and mechanisms to address from the standpoint of the Islamic economy. الفساد الاقتصادي مشكل من مشاكل العصر العويصة، التي عجزت الخبرة الانسانية عن ايجاد حل له، و يتناول هذا البحث التجربة التاريخية الاسلامية التي تميزت بثرائها بالاليات العلاجية التي طبقت في فترة طويلة من عمر الحضارة الاسلامية، و كان لها دور بارز في معالجة الفساد الاقتصادي و على راسها التربية و التعليم، و مؤسسة الحسبة، و ولاية المظالم و غيرها من الاليات الجديرة بالبحث و الكفيلة بمعالجة مشكلة الفساد الاقتصادي، و هذا البحث يدرس انحراف السلوك الاقتصادي للانسان فسلوكه الاقتصادي الايجابي من انتاج و استثمار و توزيع و استهلاك و ادخار ما كان نافعا حلالا يدخل في جوهر الاقتصاد، و انحراف السلوك الانساني عن قيم النفع و الحلال في مجالات الاقتصاد المختلفة هو الفساد الاقتصادي، و هو المقصود في هذا البحث، اي انحراف السلوك الاقتصادي للانسان عن قيم و اسس الاقتصاد الاسلامي، فهذا البحث يتناول دراسة الفساد الاقتصادي و اليات معالجته من وجهة نظر الاقتصاد الاسلامي.
