Al-Quradawi is considered by the scholars and preachers who are diligent innovators in this era, and the evidence for this is the establishment of a fakha on the basis of da'wah and reform. He has made great efforts and worked his mind and pen and called for the formation of hearts on the truth, And the meeting of the word, and the coalition on El Quran and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace be upon him), and reform the same, and support the right, and recommending his nation to stability and promising them victory, Especially in Palestine Quradawi understands the age in which he lives, and has a deep and direct connection to the events of his country and the problems of his nation, and issues of his homeland Arab and Islamic, and interested all Muslims, and issues of Islam, especially the Palestinian issue, He was the author of an opinion on the general events related to Islam and Muslims. This was reinforced by his lack of association with a political system, a government authority that usually intervenes in the fatwa or sponsors a group of religious scholars, the scholars of the Authority. We ask God to victory and liberation of Palestine and the longevity of Sheikh Qaradawi, praise be to God of the worlds. القرضاوي أحد الأعلام البارزين في العصر الحاضر في العلم والفكر والدعوة، والجهاد والتأليف والتأصيل، ولا يقتصر نشاطه العلمي في خدمة الإسلام على مجال معين، أو لون خاص بل تنوع نشاطه، وتعددت جوانبه، واتسعت مجالاته وترك بصمات واضحة تدل على نباهة عقله، وحكمة أسلوبه، ورساخة علمه، وهو من أبرز دعاة التجديد حين دعا إلى نهضة شاملة في العالم الإسلامي في كل المجالات لتخليص العقلية الإسلامية والواقع الإسلامي من الركود والجمود. منهج القرضاوي يقوم على التصور الصحيح لفهم الإسلام ورسالته في الحياة؛ إذ يدعو إلى الإسلام عقيدة ونظام حياة، ويرى أنّ تطبيق الشريعة بحذافيرها، وأخذها كلا لا يتجزأ ضرورة لازمة، ولا يحل التفريط أو التساهل فيها، فلا بد إذن من إيجاد الروح الإسلامية وبناء الشخصية الإسلامية التي يقوم عليها عبء تطبيق الإسلام، ولا بدّ من أن نعمل على تربية الجيل المسلم الذي يحمل رسالة الإسلام فكرة واضحة في رأسه، وعقيدة راسخة في قلبه، وعبادة خالصة لربه، وعملا صالحا يزكي به نفسه وينفع به غيره. القرضاوي اتصف بغزارة العلم وبعد النظر وقوة الإرادة، منهجه يتمثل في الالتزام بالكتاب والسنة والتمسك بآثار السلف، يرتب أحكامه على تحقيق مقاصد الشّارع، بجلب المصلحة ودرء المفسدة. يتميز القرضاوي باستقلاله العلمي وحرية الفكر القائمة على الأخذ بالدليل، حيث يقول بما قام به الدليل عنده، وما توصل إليه اجتهاده، والتجرد من قيود العصبية المذهبية، مع الاحترام التام والتوقير المطلق لأئمة المذاهب والعلماء وما قدموه من علم، والتزام منهج السلف اعتقادا وسلوكا ، فهم القدوة في العلم والعمل، ونبذ الخلاف. القرضاوي نحسبه من العلماء والدعاة المجتهدين المجددين في هاا العصر، والدليل على ذلك قيام فقهه على أساس الدعوة والإصلاح، فقد بذل جهودا عظيمة، وأعمل عقله وقلمه ودعا إلى تأليف القلوب على الحق ، واجتماع الكلمة، والائتلاف على كتاب الله وسنة رسوله (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، وإصلاح ذات البين، ونصرة الحق ، ويوصي أمته بالثبات ويبشرهم بالنصر، والتمسك خصوصا بفلسطين. القرضاوي فهم العصر الذي يعيش فيه، وله صلة عميقة ومباشرة بأحداث بلده ومشاكل أمته، وقضايا وطنه العربي والإسلامي، واهتم بالمسلمين جميعا ، وبقضايا الإسلام الكبرى ، خاصة القضية الفلسطينية، فكان صاحب رأي فيما يجري من أحداث عامة تخص الإسلام والمسلمين، وعزز ذلك عدم ارتباطه بنظام سياسي، أو سلطة حكومية تتدخل عادة في الفتوى أو ترعى فريقا من علماء الدين وهم علماء السلطة. نسأل الله تعالى النصر والتحرير لفلسطين وطول العمر للشيخ القرضاوي، والحمد لله رب العالمين.
