Abstract

The subject of human rights is considered one of the most important subjects raised at the national and international levels, and its importance is highlighted by the national legislation and the international legality of a legal arsenal, It aims to establish protection for the upgrade of these rights, Achieving the actual level of its actions, and enabling everyone to enjoy them without any hindrance, This cannot be achieved unless all parties are involved, especially those that have the ability to contribute to its defense and protection, and in this context, media institutions emerge as one of the effective mechanisms in this field, given what they contribute to spreading human rights knowledge and advancing it to become a dominant culture And constant values of public opinion, and our study aims to analyze and monitor the various contributions of Algerian media institutions to the promotion of human rights in Algeria, and to know how Algerian media institutions of all kinds have dealt with the violations that affect these rights, as well as their awareness-raising role seeking to perpetuate the culture of human rights, which has become a feature. A prominent who expresses a democratic political system and free media institutions that perform their media work with all objectivity. يعتبر موضوع حقوق الإنسان من أهم المواضيع المطروحة على المستوى الوطني والدولي، وتبرز أهميته فيما أولته التشريعات الوطنية، والشرعة الدولية من ترسانة قانونية، تهدف من خلالها إقرار حماية للرقي بهذه الحقوق ، وبلوغ مستوى الإعمال الفعلي لها، وتمكين كل فرد من التمتع بها دون أية عراقيل، وهو ما لا يمكن بلوغه مالم يتم إشراك جميع الجهات، خاصة تلك التي تملك القدرة على المساهمة في الدفاع عليها وحمايتها، وفي هذا السياق تبرز مؤسسات الإعلام كإحدى الآليات الفاعلة في هذا المجال، نظرا لما تساهم به في نشر المعرفة الحقوقية والرقي بها، لتصبح ثقافة سائدة، وقيمة ثابتة لدى الرأي العام، ودراستنا هذه تهدف لتحليل ورصد مختلف إسهامات مؤسسات الإعلام الجزائرية في ترقية حقوق الإنسان بالجزائر، ومعرفة كيف تعاملت مؤسسات الإعلام الجزائرية بمختلف أنواعها مع الإنتهاكات التي تطال هذه الحقوق، وكذلك دورها التوعوي الساعي لتكريس ثقافة حقوق الإنسان، التي أصبحت سمة بارزة تعبر عن نظام سياسي ديمقراطي، وعن مؤسسات إعلامية حرة، تمارس عملها الإعلامي بكل موضوعية .
